Any information that anyone wants to have placed in the JH/HS folders needs to be run off, labeled by name, and given to Erin or Jeani by Tuesday at 9:00am. (Assume 30 per class).
Jeani is responsible for PK-6 folders. Any questions regarding info. sent out in Wednesday folders need to be directed to Jeani.
Erin is responsible for 7-12 folders. Any questions regarding info. sent out in Wednesday folders need to be directed to Erin.
If anyone would like other information posted in the monthly newsletter that hasn’t been in the past, please contact me.

Information that can be sent out in the Wednesday folders:
The Wednesday folders are for official documents like report cards, school announcements or school fundraising efforts, or activities that directly involve kids like summer rec, etc. We do not however place outside fundraising info in the folders. That being said you are free to post flyers on the numerous bulletin boards throughout the school. You could put info in the daily announcements. Many parents read the announcements each day and so they would get the message.
